Changing your mind

Returns run through the store that took your order. Open the order page there, choose the return option and follow their window and their instructions — the terms are theirs and they are the ones who issue the refund.

Keep the swing tag on until the child has actually met the animal. Most stores are easier about a return when the tag is still attached.

Something wrong with the animal

A split seam, a missing eye, fill in the wrong place — that is our fault, and we want to see it. Raise the replacement through the partner store's order page, because they can send another one out, and then write to us at [email protected] with a photograph so the next run is better.

Normal wear is different. A ten-year-old animal with flattened fur has been loved, not failed.

Making one last

Surface wash with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then brush the pile while it is drying. Avoid the tumble dryer entirely; heat melts the pile flat and nothing brings it back.

Small repairs are worth doing. A seam resewn by hand holds for years, and a mended animal is usually the one that gets kept.
